What gets deleted
- Your account (anonymous UID or linked Google account info)
- All images and videos in your gallery
- Remaining credits and VIP status (not refunded)
Deletion is immediate and cannot be undone. Purchase records are kept separately for 5 years as required by law, then destroyed.
Option 1 — In the app
Tap your profile at the top right → My page → at the bottom, Delete account → confirm
Option 2 — On the web
The button below opens the web app. Sign in with the same account (linked Google account) and confirm deletion.
Option 3 — Email request
If you can't access the app, email [email protected]with your linked Google email (or the account info from My Page). We will process it and reply within 3 business days.
