Terms of Service

1. Service

Mongli is a service that turns photos uploaded by users into images and videos using AI. It is offered in the app (Android) and on the web (mongli.app).

2. Account

An anonymous account is created automatically without sign-up. Linking a Google account is optional; if you delete the app without linking, your credits and artworks cannot be recovered.

3. Credits and payment

• Credits are purchased through Google Play in-app billing (app) or a payment method we provide (web). Prices are shown on the payment screen.
• Purchased credits do not expire and are forfeited when the account is deleted. They cannot be exchanged for cash.
• VIP subscriptions renew monthly and can be canceled anytime in Google Play subscription management. You are billed automatically until you cancel.
• Credits are digital content delivered immediately on purchase and are non-refundable once used. Refunds of completely unused purchases follow Google Play's refund policy; we do not issue refunds at our discretion.
• If a generation fails or is canceled, the credits are refunded automatically.

4. Content and rights

• Upload only photos you have the rights to. You are responsible for any unauthorized use of other people's likeness or copyrighted works.
• You hold the rights to use the results you generate. Due to the nature of AI, similar results may also be produced for other users.
• Artworks you "post to the feed" are visible to other users of the service.

5. Prohibited conduct

• Sexual depictions of minors, defamatory or fake videos of real people, violent, hateful or illegal content
• Automating the service, obtaining credits fraudulently, manipulating payments

Violations may lead to account restrictions without prior notice, and we may cooperate with authorities as required by law.

6. Changes and discontinuation

AI models, styles and prices may change with prior notice. If the service ends, we will announce it 30 days in advance and refund unused paid credits.

7. Limitation of liability

We do not guarantee the quality or accuracy of AI results. Except in cases of our intent or gross negligence, we are not liable for indirect damages.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, and disputes are handled by the court with jurisdiction over the operator's location.
